This policy explains how Vatsalaya Rasa Private Limited ("GIST", "we") handles personal data collected through gistmedia.org.
What we collect
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number and the details you choose to share about your event or request.
- WhatsApp: if you message us, your number and the messages you send.
- Analytics: pages visited, device and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics using cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange bookings you ask for, and understand which stories and pages are useful. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it for us
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our form-delivery service (FormSubmit), Google (Analytics and email) and Meta (WhatsApp). Data may be processed outside India by these providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records of bookings, and no longer than required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for future use, by writing to gaurav@gistmedia.org. You can also raise a grievance with us, and you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser settings. The site works without them.

We will update this page if our practices change.
