Stories on this site are for information. We work to keep them accurate, but details such as dates, line-ups and prices are set by organisers and can change. Check with the official source before you travel or buy.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form or messaging us does not create a booking or a contract. Artist bookings are confirmed only by a signed agreement and advance. Experiences are confirmed only after availability, inclusions and price are agreed in writing and payment is made.
Prices
Prices shown are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking. Unless stated, they exclude GST, TCS where applicable, flights, hotels and transfers.
No affiliation
GIST is independent. Unless we say otherwise, GIST is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the artists, events, teams, leagues or organisers named on this site. Names are used to identify them.
Intellectual property
The GIST name, logo, design and original text belong to GIST. Photographs belong to their credited owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GIST is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site or from changes made by third-party organisers.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
